📱 SMS Consent & Opt-In Information

At HelloService.AI, we only send SMS/text messages to users who have explicitly requested and consented to receive them during live interactions with our AI-powered phone assistant.

✅ How Opt-In Works

Users may engage with a business through:

• A web-based audio call
• Phone dial-in
• A callback request form on a business’s profile page (e.g., https://service.helloservice.ai/hello)

During the live call, our AI assistant will:

1. Ask the user if they would like to receive a confirmation or support update via text message.
2. Ask the user to provide their phone number if they agree.
3. Confirm that the user consents to receive SMS for this purpose only.

If the user agrees, we send one or more transactional messages, such as:

• Appointment confirmation links
• Booking reschedule links
• Updates about support cases

🛑 How to Opt Out

Users can opt out of SMS at any time by replying with: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT

After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the user opts back in during a future interaction.
