How we began

It started with two founders from very different worlds. One was managing a small field services company, constantly overwhelmed by the demands of customer calls. With a tiny team, every call meant a juggling act between delivering quality support and keeping costs in check. Customers, especially older ones, often found themselves stuck on the phone, wasting precious time trying to get answers or navigate confusing systems.

On the other side, our second founder worked at a large bank, where they watched customers endure long waits for simple inquiries—time that could have been saved if the right tools were in place. They noticed that many people, particularly those who were busy or not tech-savvy, still preferred calling in for support, finding it faster and more personal than sifting through online resources.

Frustrated by these inefficiencies and driven by a shared passion for technology, the two teamed up. They envisioned a solution that could address the unique challenges faced by both large and small businesses. With the rapid advancements in AI, they saw an opportunity to create something transformative—an AI-driven service that would provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective support, all while delivering a human touch.
